
There is news from the Women of Stellantis Network Germany (WoS): Nina Thiele is now taking over as President and Helen Walter as Vice-President. The two have already proven themselves as a dynamic team in the past and were unanimously elected by the Steering Committee (SteerCo). They succeed Anna-Elena Jung (President) and Vanessa Repp (Vice-President), who have shaped the network with their commitment in recent years.
The new leadership duo also brings fresh ideas, passion and lots of energy. “We want to make WoS Germany even stronger and more visible in the coming years,” emphasises Nina Thiele. The network should be made even more inclusive and focus on openness towards all genders. “We want to make the network accessible and attractive for everyone,” adds Helen Walter.
Focus on networking
Networking will continue to be key, among other things through targeted campaigns and events. “This is also about establishing the network in the long term. We always want to provide fresh impetus with the aim of strengthening the network and further increasing participation,” says Nina Thiele. The expansion of the Steering Committee (SteerCo) will play a central role to include perspectives from across the company.

Added value for everyone
Nina Thiele and Helen Walter would also like to emphasise the added value of the network: “Above all, this includes strengthening the connection within the company. Exchange is even more important, especially in times of home office,” says Helen Walter. “This is the only way to create equivalent value and voluntary commitment in the form of positive energy and mutual learning,” adds the Vice President. In addition to the networking and communication working groups, the other groups play a central role: The product and customer working group oversees the women perspective panels and provides valuable insights into women’s requirements for products, culture and strategy works together with the HR department on the topic of inclusion in the company, and the career working group organises the popular career talks and the mentoring programme within WoS Germany.
Everyone is welcome
Whether experienced professional or newcomer – everyone is welcome at WoS: There is the opportunity to take part in events, use the network or actively help to expand it further. Every contribution counts! Even though the name “Women of Stellantis” might suggest otherwise, the network is open to all Stellantis employees.
