From Berlin to Frankfurt and onward to Munich: Aspiring pop poet Körner has been active in the music business for several years, and for the past few weeks he has been on a Germany-wide tour together with a number of Opel models. “This is all possible because Opel is supporting my band and me during this exciting time, and because we can rely on the team in Rüsselsheim. I am thankful for that,” says the artist.

This shooting star explains his special relationship to the brand with the lightning bolt in a video published on Opel’s company YouTube channel. He wants to establish rituals during a tour which, like each new song, is always “a journey into the unknown,” according to the singer-songwriter. Therefore it’s important to look to things “that you can really trust,” he says. That’s where Opel comes into play. “For me, one of my constants, my known quantities, is the car that brings me from one city to the next. With the cars, we can carry the band and all of our equipment straight across Germany.”

On Tour with Combo & Co. 

When he talks about ‘the cars,’ the young singer is referring to his Opel Insignia Grand Sport, as well as a new Opel Combo and a spacious Opel Movano, which are accompanying the band on their ‘Körner 2018 Live’ tour through Germany until 6 December.
