Opel is not only celebrating three battery-electric world premieres at the IAA Mobility 2023 from 5 to 10 September with the Opel Experimental, the Opel Corsa Electric and the Opel Astra Sports Tourer Electric. The two appearances at the IAA Summit (Hall B2, Stand B20) and at the Open Space on Munich’s Odeonsplatz (Stand OP.390) also promise pure “Greenovation”. Because like the IAA Mobility, Opel also wants to significantly reduce its so-called CO₂ footprint. The entire construction of the two exhibition areas of the brand with the lightning bolt contributes to this. Lightweight materials are predominantly used, which require fewer resources from production to transport to and from the stand. The stand concept was also developed with a recyclable economy in mind: Many stand elements can be reused as well as recycled. LED technology reduces the power requirement, the floors are made of recyclable material.
