Customers receive a router, based on the Long Team Evolution (LTE) mobile communication standard, inside their vehicle. This can be used as a WLAN hotspot for up to seven devices, thus offering a high-speed Internet connection. At the same time, the router provides a dedicated line to the OnStar call and service centers, who keep the car and its driver on their radar at all times. They are always there for you to provide breakdown assistance or support when your car is stolen.
