Opel has extended its Social Media activities. In his new design channel @opelvauxhalldesign on Instagram, Design Vice President Mark Adams offers new insights into the work of the Advanced Design Studios and publishes exclusive pictures of new Opel models. Followers can find inspiration in Opel’s award-winning car design language combining both sculptural design and German engineering art.
“For Opel, design has always played a key role. Our cars are designed to be emotional, exciting and inspiring. The new Insignia is the best example. With its elegant line management, it has already created enormous enthusiasm in the social media. As a visually-oriented channel with more than 600 million users, Instagram is the ideal platform to present our design language and our brand”, Mark Adams explains.
The joyful anticipation of the Geneva Motor Show is correspondingly high as the second generation of the Opel flagship will celebrate its world premiere on March 7. Additionally, the Opel product campaign “7 in 17” with seven new models in 2017 will provide the new design channel with plenty of “feed”. Mark Adams will surely be busy in continuously presenting the newcomers and from all sides and perspectives.
